But truth is that there is a lots of time available we just waste them most of the time on watching TV, mobile. Wakeup late and working till late night through this way we are just ruining our life. Just for expectation if you can wake up at 5 AM in morning just for one day you can feel that there is a lot of ample time which we never notice. Normally In our culture we wake up just before 1-1.5 hours before office time, then starting running for life and no time left for ourselves, lovedone and kids.
